Size Guide

Vintage jacket sizing is not an exact science so please read the jacket measurements very closely and compare them with one of your favourite jackets to ensure the fit that is perfect for you.

We love to talk to our customers and have many returning to purchase another rare find, so please contact us with any burning questions

We provide measurements in imperial and metric.

We give a general size guide to the small medium and large and provide detailed measurements for every jacket.

We provide five measurements as follows

Length; Taken from the base of the collar, in the middle of the back peice, straight down in a straight line, to the hem.

Chest; From pit to pit, straight across the jacket where the sleeve meets the body of the jacket, normally at the seam

Shoulders; In a straight line from the highest point where the sleeve joins the body, across the back to the other sleeve seam.

Sleeves; from the highest point of the sleeve where it meets the body, to the cuff, where possible down the seam and we also provide the inside measurement from the pit to the cuff.

Waist; Straight across the base of the jacket

All measurements are taken from the exterior, with the jacket lying face down on a flat surface
All measurements are approximate, are no way exact and are purely for guidance
